Before the job

• Read the helper's profile and reviews before you accept them.
• You can decline any helper, for any reason, with no penalty.
• Keep all messages inside the app so there's a record.

During the job

• The helper checks in when they arrive, so you'll get a notification.
• Put away valuables and medications.
• Let a family member or friend know someone is coming.

If something goes wrong

Use "Report a problem" or "Block this person" on the booking or profile page. Our team reviews every report.
