• Private age-eligibility information: date of birth, adult acknowledgment, accepted terms version, and acceptance time.
• Helper profiles: photos, skills, experience and reviews you choose to share.
• Bookings: tasks, address, date, messages and status updates.

How we use it

To match customers and helpers, run bookings, send notifications, handle payments, and keep the community safe.

Who sees what

Helper profiles are public. Before a booking is accepted, helpers see only the ZIP code and tasks. Your full address is shared only with the helper you accept.

Your date of birth is stored separately from your public profile. It is not returned to other customers, helpers, or public visitors. Age declarations are used to enforce our 18+ requirement; they are not independent identity verification.

We never sell your data

We do not sell personal information. Advertisers never receive your details.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account, contact us through the app.
